I have worked to help people heal and overcome their eating disorders for more than a decade. I believe that by fully listening, and providing objective and caring support, I can gently guide you into finding the strength you need to make the changes you want to make in your life. I have been a practicing social worker since 2006. 

I hold a B.A. from Hampshire College and a Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern Maine.  

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am licensed to treat a wide range of psychological and emotional issues and I have extensive experience in family, couple's, and individual therapy. 

Prior to being an outpatient therapist, my other professional experiences include doing hospice work, providing group therapy, and working with adolescents and their families in the school system.
